Hi d.macnair,

You might be in conflict with a previous expired session. See if signing out and logging back in helps.

Glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this today, almost lost my mind. Hopefully this gets fixed quickly, had to turn away sales due to not being able to login

I did a Reset App Data and that seem to do the trick for me

We know being able to access your company file whenever you need to update financials is a huge part of running a business. I'd be happy to go over what happened with that error.

 

Earlier today we had an issue with customers being able to log into their accounts and giving them the error the account didn't have a subscription. Our engineers were quickly notified and were able to resolve the issue. If you're continuing to have issues with logging into your company file I recommend clearing your cache and cookies by following the steps in this article and trying to log in again.

That's right, it's happening again in QBO Canada. Used QB earlier today to make an invoice just fine. Now that I want to prepare an estimate, it gives an error saying I'm not subscribed though everything is current and correct. So frustrating!

Experiencing the same issue here. I have an Essentials account and it is saying I'm not subscribed to Plus. Was working in Quickbooks about 30 minutes ago and performance seemed to be degrading and then this happened.

I have QBOA access. Now it says 'This Company is unsubscribed'. So very frustrated. I cannot get any work done!

Happening to me too, but only one company. The company I can’t login to is Plus or Essentials (don’t know as I can’t log in to check) but my other company is “Advanced” version online and I can still login there. Is it a problem with only that version of QBO Canada?

I have the meeting with the auditor ina  couple of hours and its frustrating that I cannot access my accounts!

It shows the same error for me as well. When will we get a fix for this ?

Forgot add I have also cleared all my cache and cookies etc and still not able to log in. Still “Not subscribed”  I am beyond frustrated.

Having the same issue. Just started tonight. Can't log in at all, don't know how to get support.
