We know being able to access your company file whenever you need to update financials is a huge part of running a business. I'd be happy to go over what happened with that error.
Earlier today we had an issue with customers being able to log into their accounts and giving them the error the account didn't have a subscription. Our engineers were quickly notified and were able to resolve the issue. If you're continuing to have issues with logging into your company file I recommend clearing your cache and cookies by following the steps in this article and trying to log in again.
