My quickbooks will not connect to bank

Hi ooal1, 

 

Welcome to Community! Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to update your transactions automatically. I'd be happy to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times.  In addition, I recommend trying another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, or a private/incognito window.  Follow this link to connect your account.  If you're not able to locate your account in the list, try these troubleshooting steps.  You can also search by using the bank's name, located on the back of your card.  

 

As an alternative, you can manually upload transactions in QuickBooks Online.  For additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of Community.  We would be happy to connect with you virtually, and ensure you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible!
