Hi there,
I'm using the QuickBooks Desktop: Premier Nonprofit Edition
When I follow these instructions and go to File>Printer Setup>Cheque/PayCheque, I do not see the "Click Print Signature Image" option.
Is this function not available in this edition, and if so, is there a way I can sign cheques electronically please?
Thanks,
ida

Hi, @vtncanada.
Thank you for providing the screenshots for the missing function. Since I was able to use this on my test account, I'd like to help route you to our support to verify this further.
It seems that this option may not be available in your region. To check if this is the case, you'll need to reach out to our Desktop Specialist. They can access your account and verify if this is available or not.

Hi, @vtncanada.
I appreciate you performing the steps to create the cheque electronic signature. I can help get this working for you.
This function should be available using the QuickBooks Premier Nonprofit. Once you click the Print Signature Image checkbox, the Signature dialog box will open. You can then proceed in clicking the File tab that will let you select the graphic file that contains the signature.
Since this option is missing, I'd suggest updating your QuickBooks to improve program functionality and fix known issues.
Please let me know if you're able to see this option after the update.

Hi Lily,
Thank you for your fast reply!
Yes the option is missing...
And I think our Quickbooks desktop is up to date...
Thanks,

That feature is NOT available in Canadian editions of Quickbooks. The images provided are from US Editions - the spelling of check is a dead giveaway!
Hi @impossible
Thank you for your answer!
That's very helpful.

I use 2017 QB Pro desktop, and I my Printer Setup window does not show the "Print Signature Image" feature (such name and check and bottom to the right) anywhere. Is there a fix?
Hi OZ2017,
I can explain what's going on. As impossible mentioned above, the "Print Signature Image" option is not available in Canadian versions of QuickBooks Desktop, no matter which year and version you're using.
