payroll

I have just tried voiding a paycheque.

I void it and when it asks if i want to save, quick books shuts down on me

screen shot attached

 

Any help is appreciated

Hi, Mary. Are you currently on an updated version of QuickBooks Desktop? If so, you can download the QuickBooks Tool Hub to help repair the program and fix the crashes.

 

Once you have closed QuickBooks and installed the Tool Hub, go to Program Problems and select Quick Fix my program. After that, reopen QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

 

This tool closes any stuck background processes and restores the connection between QuickBooks and Windows, which helps prevent the program from crashing.
