It's vital that all your information is entered properly so your books. QuickBooks Online can import information from certain software directly as well as certain file types so you can set up your books. I can provide information about importing data.

There isn't a dedicated way to import information from Sage Cloud like the method to import from Sage 50, but you can import information from files such as Excel or CSV files. Within the link provided, there are methods to import the information and what info can be imported.

Sorry, you're right. I'm always confused between the naming of the Sage Business Cloud family and Sage Business Cloud Accounting (formerly SageOne). You can contact Fiat Lux. They can help to convert your data to QB Online. It could be that they missed your post in this thread.
