You can download all your receipts at once, sales312. However, if you see an error and are unable to download them all, you'll need to download your receipts one tax year at a time because your file is too large.
Additionally, when exporting your receipts, we recommend using a web browser. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open this link in a web browser and click the Sign In button for QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Enter your login credentials.
- In the left menu, choose Reports.
- Go to the Receipts section, select a tax year from the dropdown.
- Select Download.
- Select the link to download your receipts as a ZIP file.
