TRANSFERRING QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP PREMIER 2015

Open your company file on QBD 2015 and secure the backup file (*.qbb).

Install QB on your new machine and restore the backup file on it. If QB asks for an activation code, you must contact Intuit Support to get one. Otherwise, you should contact [removed] and they can share the trial version as a workaround.

Mind you if I ask how should I contact the support thru email?

Actually, I'm in Philippines. That's why I'm having a hard time looking for the support team due to the time difference.

You have to stay up late to call Intuit Support in Canada. Fiat Lux is in Asia, you can contact them now.

Welcome back!  Moving your QuickBooks Desktop company file can be done seamlessly! 

Before you get started, you'll want to ensure your computer meets the system requirements.  It's also important to note that upgrading to the newest version, QuickBooks Desktop 2024, will provide updated features that will benefit your business needs.  To proceed, you'll need to download QuickBooks Desktop, and save the file where you can easily locate it.  Once the installation is complete, QuickBooks will prompt you to activate.
