Hi, I'm trying to schedule backup and although in default options I set "Limit the number of backup copies in this folder to" to 5 on the Schedule Backup screen option "Number of backup copies to keep" is greyed out. It is also unchecked and has number set to 3.
Why it is greyed out and how to make it work, please?
Also this the very same option is called two different names in two different places which is not right. "Number of backup copies to keep" seems to be a better variant.
Thank you!

Thank you James,
I called support. And in my case Get Updates with Reset Update checked in QB and then restart of QB made that option available.
Still have the same problem with latest QBD 2024 R11. If on that screen the very 1st thing you do - you check that checkbox then it works, otherwise you can not check it later. Very strange. And this time Reset Update didn't help.
Also Scheduled backup wouldn't run until in Task Scheduler in General tab Configure For is not set to "Windows Server 2019 Essentials" (in my case). And this problem is also not fixed for last few years not sure why.
Thanks
