This new update is not working well for us it's slow it's glitchi it doesn't let us provide credits to are customers why change something that dosent work properly? I'd like the old version back!!
I also hate this new update I’m lost and can’t filter how I like it . I hate hate hate this and want the old version back. Seriously considering trying another app for my business
Love the new update on the iPhone app!! I can finally move items around on invoices and estimates and add in subtotals! Also the emailing of estimates/invoices is more streamline with being able to cc and adding recipients is easier.

This new update is absolutely terrible! Change it back!
This new update is beyond frustrating and confusing I will be switching to something els more user friendly wish I could just have it the way it was been using the old version for over 5 years trouble free
Unfortunately, it looks like they aren't going back. This new update is taking up a lot of my valuable time that I used to spend with my customers. We use the app with multiple users, and if two users process a invoice at the same time, it doesn't move to the next invoice. It will show you that there is an existing invoice, and if you hit back, it will just delete it. A workaround is to save it under the same invoice and change the number afterwards. Another loophole to apply a credit product to your customers is to use your keyboard on a different app, copy and paste the (-), then go back into the app and paste it. What it seems is that they haven't ported the old version keyboard to do this app and creates more time wasted.
The new update is the worst. Share via doesn’t work or if it does it pulls up a website tab, instead of just letting me download.

Wouldn’t it be very convenient to give the users the old version if they wished to used it.. the New update needs more work before it even was given to users it’s very disappointing after I moved all my work from Freshbooks and told everyone how Quickbooks was so much better but at this point there pretty much the same
I’m trying to switch back to the old interface.
There is a way to do it, but I think you need to phone them. The new interface is not showing all of my invoices and it is very complicated. I really don’t like it. It’s causing me to waste valuable time.
I downloaded Wave and giving them a try. The new update here is terrible and not showing the sum of all my previous paid invoices. I can’t see my year to date or anything like that . I’m soooo disappointed and will most likely be canceling and switching to wave .
The mobile app no longer will include the account name on invoices. This update has created so many headaches for us.
also the app takes forever to load new information and is no longer a value to our company. The idea of using your platform was to simplify our business but has now generated a lot more work for us.
I agree. We are beyond disappointed with this update. They literally move 10 years back. We are actively searching for a different platform now.
