Hi there,

Good job on taking advantage of the report feature in QuickBoooks Online. I'll be happy to share info about this.

To expand or collapse your reports, you'd have to click on the arrow to left of the item description. Doing this will allow you to see more details about that particular transaction. I've attached a screenshot below. The screenshot will show which arrow I'm referring to.

Let me know if this answers your question. I'll be on standby. :)

This only allows you to collapse or expand one section at a time.  I need to collapse or expand all sections at one time.

I see what you mean, bparnell. At this time, the sections will have to be collapsed/expanded one-by-one. I'd be happy to submit your feedback about this to the product development team for review. We're always looking for new ways to improve QuickBooks Online.

If you'd like to submit this feedback as well, you can do so by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback

Have a great day.

Is there any progress on a QUICK "collapse all / expand all" for Quickbooks Online?  This is pretty important to have considering each time I click into someone's pay period payroll record, all the sections I need to verify or make changes to are automatically collapse when what would be helpful is if they are automatically expanded so I can quick review each record.  Instead I have to spend extra time to expand on the arrow on the LEFT side of the screen, then have to go to the RIGHT side of the screen and scroll down stopping at each section.  If anything, can a Hot Key or shortcut be created for this?  Its really time consuming during times of which there are time constraints on submitting payroll.  Thanks!
