Hello WCoaster,
Thanks for connecting with us here. QuickBooks is designed to help you streamline your work using the powerful accounting features in the program.
To get started, I recommend checking the report orientation as the Portrait mode has different dimensions compared to Landscape mode. Both of the orientations provide different dimension to the reports you export in QuickBooks. Another variable to take note of is the PDF producer and PDF version you're using. You can check this when you open the report in question > click on the Printer option ️> on the PDF screen click on the three dots to the right > select Document properties > here you'll be able to see more info pertaining to saving the report as a PDF.
Let me know if you have other questions. I'm here to help steer you in the right direction.
Thank you for your reply.
Yes I checked all system and software settings. Reports from quickbooks used to export as pdf in default letter size. Now when exporting a report as a pdf the Document Properties in Quickbooks exports an odd size (280 x 396 mm / 11.02" x 15.59". Please see screenshot
Have you tried to reproduce this?
This is a new bug that I feel is attributable to a QB online update.
I see. At this point, I recommend getting in touch with our support team so they can share your screen and help assist you further. This ensures you get the support you need in a timely fashion. Feel free to keep me posted on how you make out. I'll be one message away.
