Terms & Conditions for QuickBooks Advanced Upgrade Offer
FOR QUICKBOOKS ONLINE ADVANCED SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM MARCH 11, 2026 TO JULY 31, 2026.
Pricing: Eligible accounting firms who purchase QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions between March 11, 2026, and July 31, 2026, (“Promotional Period”) can receive the following monthly price for three months.
- One (1) QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription for a total of $134.75 per month for 3 months
QuickBooks Online Accountant “QBOA” Customer will be billed each month at $134.75 per QBO Advanced subscription for the first 3 consecutive months, starting on the date of enrollment, followed by the then-current standard ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing (PAPP) pricing.
Eligibility: This offer is only eligible to QBOA customers who register or have registered for QuickBooks Online Accountant and use the Wholesale Discount option (firm is billed) for the QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) subscription fees.
QuickBooks Online Advanced list price may be subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All Advanced monthly prices are quoted without sales tax. If you add or remove any attached services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly. Attached services will be at standard PAAP pricing.
Offer Terms: All QBO subscriptions must be entered through Wholesale Billing and activated within 60 days of offer signup. If not activated within the 60-day time period, the subscription price will change to the then-current Wholesale Billing price at standard ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing (PAPP) pricing. Discounted pricing is valid for the first 3 months of the subscription, starting from the date of enrollment, followed by the then-current Wholesale Billing price at standard PAPP pricing. The discount is valid only for the QBOA customer that registered the qualifying QBO subscription and cannot be transferred to another client, individual or company. Offer requires active subscriptions for the entire duration of the 3-month period and is only available for QuickBooks Online Advanced. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Billing: The QBOA customer's account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis. The first bill date will be on the date of enrollment unless the QBOA customer already has other QuickBooks subscriptions through Wholesale Billing, in which case the charge will be deferred to the next existing bill date at a prorated rate for all active subscriptions, including those added at the discount price for 3 months. Following the 3-month period, your account for each subscription will automatically be charged on a monthly basis at the then-current Wholesale Billing list price until the billing for subscription is transferred to the QuickBooks Online Advanced client or the subscription is terminated. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card or bank account tied to your account. To remove a QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription, please click here and follow the prompts. Removal of the billing for QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. QBOA Customers will not receive a pro-rated refund. Cancellation or termination of the QBOA Customers from QuickBooks Online Advanced will not terminate the QBOA Customer’s user rights.
