QuickBooks Ledger subscription is only available through the Accountant channel and requires an active subscription to QuickBooks Online Accountant. Your account will automatically be charged monthly until you cancel. Sales tax may be applied where applicable. To cancel your subscription at any time, go to Account & Settings and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation becomes effective at the end of the monthly billing period. You will not receive a pro-rated refund; your access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period. Move custom reports: Migrated custom reports will include custom headers, footers, filters, font/numbers and display settings for the top 20 most used custom reports. Desktop filters which are not compatible with QuickBooks Online, including custom fields, will not be available.

QuickBooks Accountant Batch Migration Tool: Works with QuickBooks Desktop Accountant versions 2024 - 2021. Does not work with 2020 and prior versions or with Enterprise versions. Company files from QuickBooks Desktop 2011 or later can be migrated using QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2021 and later, as long as they open successfully in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant.
