Free assisted migration and personalized setup from QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, Mac, or Plus (“Desktop”) to QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus or Advanced (“QuickBooks Online”), or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, Payments, or Time to QuickBooks Online Payroll, Payments, or Time is available to customers who sign up for assisted migration or personalized setup to QuickBooks Online or until July 17, 2023 and is subject to capacity. Customers must initiate a migration meeting by July 31, 2023. The assisted migration offer is eligible to Desktop customers that are migrating their data and setting up QuickBooks Online. The personalized setup offer is eligible to Desktop customers that are migrating their data, as well as those customers who elect not to migrate their data, who are starting new QuickBooks Online accounts, and setting up QuickBooks Online. Assisted migration and personalized setup is limited to a 1-hour session with a customer success product expert. Intuit reserves the right to limit the number of sessions and the length and scope of each session. Assisted migration results may vary based on business complexity and file size. REVENUE SHARE

Eligibility: QuickBooks Online Accountant ("QBOA") firms are eligible to apply to enroll in the "Revenue Share Program" and add and manage only new subscribers through "Add Client" for certain subscriptions ("Revenue Share Subscriptions") and add-ons ("Revenue Share Add-Ons").

Rev Share Subscriptions means the following QuickBooks services: QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced; and QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite. The Rev Share Add-Ons means the per-employee fee and multi-state charge for QuickBooks Online Payroll. The Rev Share Subscriptions and Add-Ons do not include other optional add-on services for which Intuit charges a fee and is not already included in the base fee for the subscription.

Only one (1) QBOA user may enroll the QBOA firm in the Revenue Share Program. Intuit reserves the right to accept or decline any QBOA firm.

Offer Terms: Each Revenue Share Program participant is eligible to receive a 30% revenue share on the Rev Share Subscriptions and 15% revenue share on the Rev Share Add-Ons for the first 12 months of the paid subscription ("Rev Share Payment(s)"), starting from the date the client starts paying for the subscription. The first month of the Revenue Share Subscriptions and Revenue Share Add-Ons, starting from the date of enrollment in the subscription, is free. After the first month of the Rev Share Subscription, a 50% discount is applied to the then-current monthly list price for three (3) months, followed by the then-current list price. After the first month of the subscription, if the client enters their payment details and pays for the subscription, the firm is eligible to receive Rev Share Payments for the subsequent 12 months only. Each Rev Share Subscription must be client-billed, and cannot be paid for by the QBOA firm. Cannot be combined with any other Intuit offer. Offer valid for a limited time only, only in the U.S., and is non-transferable.

Anywhere Access-QuickBooks Online Mobile: QuickBooks Online requires a computer with a supported Internet browser (see System Requirements for a list of supported browsers) and an Internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended). The QuickBooks Online mobile app works with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Devices sold separately; data plan required. Not all features are available on the mobile apps and mobile browser. QuickBooks Online mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Product registration required.

Automatic data backup and recovery: QuickBooks Online uses technical and administrative security measures such as, but not limited to, firewalls, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, among others, to work to maintain the security of your online session and information.

Continued access to QuickBooks Desktop: Available only on QuickBooks Desktop 2023 R3 or newer, view-only access remains for 1 year after your subscription ends. In that time, you won’t be able to edit your data with your inactive license, but you can renew your subscription or export your data. To view your data after 1 year, you’ll have to renew your subscription. We recommend you export your data or migrate data to QuickBooks Online before you cancel your Desktop subscription.

Connect your bank and credit cards: Online services vary by participating financial institutions or other parties and may be subject to application approval, additional terms, conditions, and fees.

Improved migration workflow and smoother onboarding: Results FY20 & FY21 (internally stated) Migration success improved from 62% to 85%. Errors reduced from 17% to 4% in new migration flow (with ripple effects on those successfully using and staying with QuickBooks Online).

QuickBooks Online app for Windows and Mac: The QuickBooks Online app for Windows and Mac (“app”) requires a Windows PC or Mac computer with a supported browser (see System Requirements for a list of supported browsers) and an Internet connection (high-speed recommended). The app is available for QuickBooks Desktop migrators with an active QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus or Advanced subscription. Customers will need to download the app no later than February 28, 2023 or before 25,000 app downloads have been reached, whichever occurs first. App access will expire on December 31, 2023. Multiple company tabs allow for simultaneous sign in across multiple company files. Access to each company file sold separately.
