Anywhere Access-QuickBooks Online Mobile: QuickBooks Online requires a computer with a supported Internet browser (see System Requirements for a list of supported browsers) and an Internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended). The QuickBooks Online mobile app works with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Devices sold separately; data plan required. Not all features are available on the mobile apps and mobile browser. QuickBooks Online mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Product registration required.

Automatic data backup and recovery: QuickBooks Online uses technical and administrative security measures such as, but not limited to, firewalls, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, among others, to work to maintain the security of your online session and information.

Connect your bank and credit cards / bank reconciliations: Online services vary by participating financial institutions or other parties and may be subject to application approval, additional terms, conditions, and fees.

Move custom reports: Migrated custom reports will include custom headers, footers, filters, font/numbers and display settings for the top 20 most used custom reports. Desktop filters which are not compatible with QuickBooks Online, including custom fields, will not be available.

Third-party app integration: Online services vary by participating financial institutions or other parties and may be subject to application approval, additional terms, conditions, and fees. For more information see apps.com.

Automatic Sales Tax: Underlying sales tax rates are estimated based on the location information associated with each individual transaction. Additional factors that may impact sales tax rates include product type, date, and customer type. Tax information needs to be validated prior to submitting to the IRS.

QuickBooks Online system requirements: QuickBooks Online requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements) and an Internet connection. Network fees may apply.

QuickBooks Online app: The QuickBooks Online app for Windows and Mac (“app”) requires a Windows PC or Mac computer with a supported browser (see System Requirements for a list of supported browsers) and an Internet connection (high-speed recommended). The app is available for QuickBooks Desktop migrators with an active QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced subscription. Multiple company tabs allow for simultaneous sign in across multiple company files. Access to each company file sold separately. Auto Payroll: Available if setup for the company is complete. At least one employee has completed setup and has consistent payroll that qualifies for automation (i.e. salaried or hourly with default). Company must complete bank verification if Employee has direct deposit as the payment method, and the first payroll must run successfully. The account must not have a hold.

Health benefits: Health Insurance benefits are provided by Intuit Insurance Services Inc., a licensed insurance broker, through a partnership with Allstate Health Solutions. Requires acceptance of Allstate's Terms of use and privacy policy. Workers’ comp & business insurance: Benefits are powered by ERGO NEXT Insurance and require acceptance of ERGO NEXT's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Additional fees apply. Eligibility criteria applies to transfer active insurance policy broker of record, including insurance carrier, policy renewal date, and payment method. Workers compensation insurance is not available in OH, ND, WA and WY.

Mineral HR resources & experts: HR resources and experts are provided by Mineral, Inc. Access to Mineral resources varies by plan. Mineral experts are included with QuickBooks Workforce Elite, or available as a paid add-on to other Workforce plans. Mineral’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
