There are a few possible reasons for missing credit card transactions in QuickBooks. Depending on your financial institution, some banks don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning.
We recommend updating your bank account manually to get the most current view of your data.
Here's how:
- Select Banking from the left menu.
- Select the Update button in the upper right.
- Select Update Now.
The best option to bring back those missing credit card transactions is to manually upload them through a Web Connect. You'll have to export transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks Online.
