If you're referring to your employee's ViewMyPaycheck account, I've checked our investigation list and we haven't received any similar reports about this issue. In this case, you can let your employee reset his/her ViewMyPaycheck login credentials. Before doing so, make sure your employee must have access to the email associated with his/her login credentials.
