Hi, westerntype.

 

Error PS036 indicates a problem verifying your payroll subscription. To fix this, let’s try to do the following steps:

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Account Maintenance.
  2. Close the payroll maintenance page and reboot your computer.
  3. Download the updates again.
  4. Update QuickBooks to the latest release again.
