Thank you for letting us know what's happening and providing extra details. I can share some insights about the error message you're getting.

 

The Error 3371: Could not initialize license properties (INV-23649) is identified as a known issue for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. While our engineers are working for a fix, we recommend getting in touch with your IT person.

 

We'd also like to add your account details on our list of affected users. Being on the notification list also helps our engineers see how widespread the issue is, as well as any common components between those affected. Emails will be sent once updates are available.

  1. You can reach them through this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
