IIF Import Error-matching dates

Attempting to import IIF Files in QuickBooks Desktop 2019 that has sales for multiple days and getting an error message [ERROR] [2019-02-07] The date in the distribution line must be the same as the transaction header [11081] .  File format imports single day sales records correctly.  If the file is hand modified to have all dates the same, the below file imports without issue. What might be missing in our setup to import invoices with multi day sales records?
