Welcome to the Community. Allow me to step in and assist you with the error you -6000, -77 you encounter in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Since you've already tried using the QuickBooks File Doctor to fix the issue, you can proceed with renaming ND and TLG files. For the detailed steps, you can visit the article I'm adding down below (scroll down to Solution 2):
