I have more steps we can try, ModelCarsMag.

 

Let's open QuickBooks in Safe Boot.

 

Here's how:

  1. Shut down the computer.
  2. Press the Power button, then press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard until you see your Desktop.
  3. Open QuickBooks and try printing a statement.
  4. To return to normal startup, reboot the computer without pressing any keys.

You can also try holding down the option key when pressing the Print button.
