Allow me to take over and provide you with some insights about duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

May I ask why are you entering the transactions twice?

 

Duplicate transactions cause your financial reports to be inaccurate and can be time-consuming to fix. I would suggest entering your transactions once to avoid duplicates.

 

If you wish to delete the duplicate entries, it would be best to review each duplicate transaction before doing so.

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
