I'm glad you chose the GoPayment app, Yancemann! I find it really convenient myself, and I can get paid on-the-go.

And yes, it is compatible with QuickBooks Desktop. You can download your mobile payment transactions into the program. Just make sure to link your mobile payments account to QuickBooks first. 

Please do note that the mobile payments download process won't work on a remote/VPN connection or in terminal services.
