Converting from QB Simple Start to Desktop Pro 2017. Trying to email invoices and keep getting an error: We are unable to connect to the email server for your email provider. My email server is RoadRunner (via my local cable company) and this info was carried over from the Simple Start version but I can't figure out why it won't work in Pro version. (Not real tech savvy here.) I also tried adding an Outlook email address I have and still get the same error message.
