On top of that, we also received similar cases of exporting payroll data and there's no exact time frame when this will be resolved. With that in mind, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll support. They can add you to the affected users list. Here's how:
- Go to Help (?).
- Choose Contact Us.
- Type in your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Select a way to connect with us: Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.
