Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license fee) as a workaround.

Clearing Cache and Cookies does not help, neither does working incognito!

Thanks James. I spoke with someone on the support team, and he was wonderful. It appears the issue is with RBC VISA. Had to get my clients to get the statements online for me.
