If you aren't able to resolve your bank error manually using the steps on this page, check the Bank feed status page to see if it's an ongoing issue.

Bank error 155 means that your financial institution isn't allowing QuickBooks to connect and retrieve your data.
If you receive this error, it means that we're working with your financial institution to resolve this issue.
At this time, the financial institution hasn't told us when they'll begin allowing these connections again.
To resolve this issue, you need to contact your bank and request that they allow the connection. If the issue remains unresolved, ask your bank representative to escalate the case through our OFX Connectivity page for resolution. Be sure to make a note of your case or ticket number for future reference.
