Technical issue with QB Level 1 banking & accounting exam

I tried taking the banking and accounting exam for Level 1 certification today but it keeps freezing on question 9. I’ve tried switching browsers, logging out and back in, and deleting my browser history/cache. None of these “solutions” resolve the issue. 

I’ve extremely frustrated by this since I am unable to move forward with other certifications until I pass this exam. Please help!
