Being unable to export the reports to Excel is a reported issue, rainbow300711.
If this is what you're trying to do, then you're one of the affected users. While we're working on getting this fixed, I'd suggest giving us a call. We're collating how many users are getting the same issue, so a resolution can be made immediately.

- Click the Importing & Exporting Data topic.
- Click the Save Your Data to Excel sub-topic.
- Scroll down and click the Send Email button.
