In the accounts you made for me , I can not see my products , I have my  product number and my license #

and my credit card .

Since you stated you don't see your products listed in your account, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. This way, one of our agents can review your account in a secure environment and investigate this matter further. 

 

Here are some steps to connect with the team directly:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Help.

  3. Click on Contact Us.
    Contact Us button in QuickBooks Help in QuickBooks Mac 2024.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account and hit Continue and then Continue with my account.
    • If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
  6. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and tap on Continue.
    • If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
  7.  Click on chat with us or Have us call you.
