We can refresh the connection between your Etsy account and QuickBooks, thebeadcounter. This will help ensure that your transactions sync smoothly, making it easier for you to manage your financial data.
Some banks may take a little longer to sync. If you’re not seeing the latest data, sign in to your Etsy account and check for any ongoing maintenance or updates that might need your attention.
If everything appears normal on Etsy, you can manually refresh the connection to your account by following these steps:
- Click on the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Manage accounts.
- On the Bank accounts page, click the Refresh all button.
Once the refresh is complete, go to the Transactions page to review if new transactions have been added. You can then start categorizing the data by following the steps outlined in this article: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If the issue persists, you also have the option to import your Etsy transactions manually. If you notice any duplicate transactions, you can remove those that were downloaded from your bank.
