I'm here to share some information about user access, shafferm.
In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), assigning a role to a user to a specific account isn't currently available. The system only has the Banking role which allows users to review activities areas/activities such as bank registers, checks, deposits, credit card charges, Reconcile, and Banking reports all in one.
