Account not available after paying???

Has anyone else experienced a problem paying for QuickBooks through the Google Play Store and not getting your account renewed? I have seen many complaints in the comments section on Google Play.  I renewed for a year and my subscription says canceled. I never canceled it.  Google refuses to refund my money and Intuit refuses to credit me and give me the year I paid for.  Intuit wants me to believe they have no way at all to credit someone's account.  They also tried to tell me there was no way for them to contact Google to verify that I paid.  How can they expect customers to believe that Google accepts payments on their behalf but they have no way of verifying payments were made with Google?  How else does Intuit get its money from Google? I did have one person that reached out to me and said the best they could do was give me temporary access every eleven days, but that didn't last long. I was able to log in for maybe two months.  Now I don't have access again.

Account not available after paying???

We're grateful for your presence and for raising this issue in the Community, @Jdyson6321.

Currently, there's no ongoing investigation into unsuccessful account renewals due to issues with Google Play Store payments.

To resolve the situation, I suggest reaching out to Google's support team. They're responsible for managing your subscription and have the necessary tools and resources to address the problem.
