Is there a way for me to get ahold of someone other than the initial Customer Service Reps? We submitted an Account Principal Change Form 7/18/24. We were told 1-2 business days for the change to occur. I rec'd an email stating 24-72 hours even. I called 7/23 and was told it could take 7-10 business days and that it should be completed by 8/1. Im calling today and they are telling me 3 weeks depending on how busy they are. I am unable to complete payroll direct deposits until this is complete and customer service won't help me.
