I'll help you remove the error, @jrcoop1985.
Sometimes, too much cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This can be why you're getting this error message when opening the Account and settings.
To isolate the issue, we can run some basic troubleshooting steps to address the problem. You can start by opening QuickBooks in a private browser. This will help us check if the error is a browser-related concern.
Here are the keyboard shortcut keys you can press to open incognito:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once done, try opening the Account and settings again. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the same things happen, use another supported browser instead.
I've also added this resource in case you need help updating the card on file, changing your subscription, or just viewing your billing history: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to leave a comment for follow-up questions or post your other concerns in the Community. Moreover, you can give us an update about the result of the troubleshooting steps. I'll be around if you need further help @jrcoop1985. Have a great day!
