Account termination

I have been trying to sign into my account for a few days now to QBO and I cannot.

I enter in my email and it says there is no account with this email and when I try to sign in with Google, I get the message that its a problem on their end and to try again later.

I decided to start a chat for help and as he looks up my account the message pops up

"We are no longer permitted to help you as your account has been terminated."

Would like to know when this happened, how this happened, and if there is a way to get back my account?

My subscription was last paid on September 16th so I know that wasn't the reason. I was the only person that signs onto it.

Hopefully someone can help here. Thank you.

Account termination

We are saddened to hear you have these issues, @Anonymous.

Here in QuickBooks, we aim to provide you the best service as much as possible.

Browser issues could be the reason why you're having trouble logging in to your account. To fix it, we can try basic troubleshooting.

First, try incognito mode. Here's how:

  1. Using your Google Chrome browser, click the 3 vertical dots at the upper left corner.
  2. Choose New Incognito Window.
  3. Visit QuickBooks Online webpage. (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/)
  4. Sign in using your registered credentials.
  5. If you manage to log in, close the incognito tab.

Next, clear cache and cookies:

  1. Open a regular browser (google)
  2.  We will now delete the cache and cookies:
  3. On the same 3 vertical dots at the left corner, click Settings.
  4. On the left navigation panel, choose Privacy and Security.
  5. Then, choose Clear browsing data.
  6. Under time range, select All time.
  7. Check all three options available:

                ✓ Browsing History

✓ Cookies and other site data

                ✓ Cached images and files.

note: ticking these would delete your browsing history and auto-fill passwords with other websites. Taking down notes of your passwords is advisable. If you're unsure, you can just tick cached images and files.

       8. Hit, Clear data.

Lastly, try logging in to your account again:

  1. Open a new Google tab.
  2. Visit QuickBooks website. (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/)
  3. Then, sign in.

These basic troubleshooting steps are known to resolve the most common log in issues, like what you're experiencing. If the issue persists, it would be best to reach out to The QuickBooks Online Customer Support for investigation.
