Accountant access notification

Hello, Ramdino.

I'll hop in and elaborate some information about receiving accountant access notification.

Are you referring to the first invitation access you sent to your accountant? If that's the case, then you would be receiving two email notifications.

The first notification is for you to review the invitation. The accountant has yet to accept the email.

The second one is when they accepted the email invitation.

On both notifications, we would have the option to remove them if needed. I should also point out that only the Primary admin would receive the email notifications.

However, are you referring to the notifications when the accountant logs in to your QuickBooks Online company? QuickBooks won't send a notification to your email.

Though, when the accountant logs in to your company, QuickBooks would log the event on the Audit Log report.

If you need to check this report, simply go to the Gear icon then select Audit log. Look for the Signed in event logs.

Do you need more details about the process for inviting an accountant? I'll leave this article here: Add accountant users in QuickBooks Online

If you or your accountant needs to work on your books to reconcile your accounts, check out this guide: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online
