Adding the customer address to the Sales by Customer Detail report isn't possible, Melinda.
As a workaround, you can run the Sales by Customer Detail report and the Customer Contact List report separately, export both to Excel, and then combine the data to include customer addresses.
Here's how to run and export both reports:
- Click the Reports menu.

- In the Type report name here field, enter Sales by Customer Detail/ Customer Contact List.
- Select the report to open it.
- Click the Export icon, then Export to Excel.

Once the export is complete, customize and merge the two reports to include the addresses.
