I would like an address to send a written complaint regarding customer service issues. Do not tell me to reach out through the product, since one of the many issues that has not been resolved over several months is that the "contact us" feature in my Quickbooks Desktop does not work. That is minor compared to my other issues, but please do not suggest "just click contact us!" unless you want to further pour salt into an open wound. I am a bookkeeper who deals with multiple companies and keep having the same poor customer service from several different issues.
If you cannot provide me an address, then give me a number to access higher level support than I have been receiving. The people I am talking to say there is no way to get to that. Thank you.
Intuit/ QB doesn't care about complaints. Your best bet would be to file complaints with BBB, FTC or your States Attorney General. They will tell you that they "have filed a complaint on your behalf", but seriously... Nothing comes of it. THAT is why Customer "support" has gotten so bad.
It's horrible. I know they don't really care, but I'm about to recommend to three different companies I work with that we switch programs. I'm about done with this. I have existing problems, and they keep making me go through the same story with each person instead of getting to someone more advanced. Last year one of my companies had a problem it took about 4 months to resolve. The final customer service person (out of multiple) who actually helped me said none of the steps I had been told to take before were correct and would have never solved the problem. Right now I have another problem related to switching primary account holders. We filed all the paperwork over a year ago. Quickbooks only changed the desktop account, not the payroll account, even though the authorization clearly specified both accounts. A year later we still have not gotten it resolved. Last customer service person *accidentally* disconnected me.
Yeah, one of the big complaints is how they just randomly hang up on us all. It's ridiculous!
You should honestly consider switching to something else. If it were my choice here, we would have switched a LONG time ago.
