All revenue in my Profit

Second response.   As previously stated, we use a different program than QB for client invoicing.   I manually enter revenue each month and, after entering May revenue, a I ran a June 2020-May 2021 report and discovered that all revenue data from July 2020-April 2021 had disappeared.

Expenses are properly showing for all months.   Only July 2002-April 2021 revenue is missing.

I will need QB to restore this missing data from backup, ASAP.

You can check on the Audit Log to verify if there's another user who deleted the transactions from July 2020-April 2021. If yes, then you need to recreate that data. 

But, to better isolate if this is a browser issue or not. Let's access QuickBooks Online using a private or incognito window. 

Here's how you can access private browser:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
