It's honestly really frustrating when you guys give answers that make no sense. I got a cookie cutter response the first time and I don't know what this response is the second time. Is it supposed to be a community support page not wear support reaches out to me and gives me Cookie cutter answers.

My post was not to get support from quickbooks, it was to see if others were experiencing the same issue.
Same problem here. I have the exact same thing when creating invoices.

Matt
It started working properly on its own about a month ago. Not sure if there was an app update or not. But I just created a practice invoice and I'm able to now remove a line item as taxable, and it removes the tax, and then actually keeps it that way upon saving
I understand the challenges you're experiencing with the mobile app automatically adding tax to every line item when creating an invoice, Matt. I'm here to share insights about this.
