To clarify, are you or your users receiving an error upon sign in? If so, can you please share a screenshot of the error message? Additionally, has anyone made any changes to the logins prior that would reflect in them not being able to sign in now? Such as changing the master administrator. Knowing these details can help get to the bottom of this issue and finding a solution that works for you.
Anyone having issues with logins being removed (disappearing) from QBO? Started yesterday, our boss "Master Administrator" was removed by QBO, then others.
So, the first one this happened to was the owner. She is the Master Admin but when she couldn't log in. She actually had to be re-added yesterday by QBO.
Once she had her issue, 2 other users could not log in. It said they needed an invite. We re-did theirs and they got the invite, it worked yesterday.
Now 1 more today received message saying he's not linked to a company and can't get in. They tried setting up new one but it says he already exists, but he still can't sign in.
We've currently got someone on the phone trying to help, but this all happened yesterday & it's repeating today so they didn't fix it. Clearly there is an issue with QBO. We haven't changed any settings, nor did we change or remove our Master Admin. We've had QBO for years and never had issues like this.
We'll see if current rep on phone can help or not...
