Attempting to convert 2018 desktop files to online downloaded the file converter for 2021 but my license number and product info are not correct. Where do I find this?

I can show you where to find the QuickBooks Desktop license number and product info, @monroetire.

 

Your product number, license number, version, and release can be seen while QuickBooks Desktop is open. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Press the F2 key.
  3. Look for your product name, number, and license number in the Product Information window.
  4. Look for your release at the end of the product name.

You may utilize the trial license for QBD 2020 or 2021 to upgrade your data and migrate to QB Online. Contact us in private and we may share the trial codes.
