Batch email all customers

Hi Community

I am a seasoned QB user but relatively new to QBO.  I am trying to "batch" email all customers from QBO.  I click on the box to select all, drop down "Batch Actions" and select email and....crickets!  Nothing happens.

My default browser is Google Chrome for both Company and Customer Facing.  What am I doing wrong??

Let us perform troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern about sending emails using the batch action option in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Start by logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or incognito browser. 

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

From there, check if you can email your customers using the Batch Action feature in QBO. If it works, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing your cache helps clean up browser cookies that block web pages from loading.
