Business closed, subscriptions need cancellation

I've been trying for a week+ to cancel my payroll subscription (Quickbooks online) and keep getting an error for doing so through my account. I can't also find any option to cancel my poster subscription. Of course, both of these came up for billing this past week as well so I'm out over $150 in services I don't need. My business is closed and I needed to wait for year end to cancel those subscriptions. Is my only way to actually manage my account to call? I would hope that for as large as Intuit is that that there would be a convenient way to manage subscriptions.

I wish I could make it better, @sumterescapes.

As much as I'd love to offer help and cancel your subscription, we've got a separate team who can identify why you received an error message and get rid of it.

With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support directly from the Help menu. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Cancel Subscription in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Chose a channel where you want to connect with our specialists.

With their tools, one of our specialists can work with you and completely cancel your subscription.

On top of that, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a hand.
