I've been trying for a week+ to cancel my payroll subscription (Quickbooks online) and keep getting an error for doing so through my account. I can't also find any option to cancel my poster subscription. Of course, both of these came up for billing this past week as well so I'm out over $150 in services I don't need. My business is closed and I needed to wait for year end to cancel those subscriptions. Is my only way to actually manage my account to call? I would hope that for as large as Intuit is that that there would be a convenient way to manage subscriptions.
