Can a non-quickbooks user email credit card receipts?

I don't know about you but I find QB tools such as this one ridiculous when they answer "has to be a user" - since when do outside sales do accounting? I'm curious to know how you solved this problem, as I think the responses you received are lacking.

I made a list yesterday, need one for only 1-3 people, one of which has a company card. I still think it's ridiculous that for what it costs to use QB that the QB tool doesn't work for this type of scenario. Poor design.
