Good day! I'd be glad to share details to help with your question about running reports, Leela52.
When exporting reports from QuickBooks, they will automatically be sent to a new worksheet. For now, there's no option to have the data applied to an existing one. Please take a look at this article for more details: Export Your Reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
However, you can use Excel's function to combine multiple reports. I also recommend sending feedback or feature requests about this to our engineers. Let me share these steps on how you can do it from your QBO account:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Type in your feedback and suggestions about exporting reports in QBO.
- Click Next to submit them.

Aside from that, there are also accredited third-party apps that offer ore reporting options. Follow these steps on how to find an app inside QBO:
- Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
- Click the drop-down list for Browse category and select Perform analytics.
- Choose an app and click on it to view more details about it.
